Shipping

Delivery of Goods

Online orders will be processed and sent out within 24 to 48 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) assuming products are in stock and available to ship. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days depending on ship to location, order size and shipping option selected. Orders will be delivered by a third party delivery services such as Australia Post, TNT, Fast Rider Couriers, Aramex and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries will be processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days depending upon the delivery option selected and the shipping address provided.

Goods we Cannot Ship

Unfortunately we cannot ship liquid paint products and as such we can only offer click and collect for these items.

New trailer purchases will have to be collected from our store. If you would like a new trailer delivered please contact us for a quotation.

Shipping Cost

Your shipping cost will depend on the size and weight of the products you purchase as well as your delivery location. The larger and heavier the item, the more expensive the shipping will be. Extremely large orders requiring packing on a skid or pallet will also incur higher shipping rates.

You will be notified of shipping costs at check out. Shipping rates are calculated automatically by our website in accordance with our courier companies’ freight charges.

Our courier companies’ delivery policies or zone restrictions may apply to selected areas.

International Shipping

Please contact us via email sales@trailerspartsandrepairs.com for a quotation as we are unable to quote international delivery via our website.
