General Inquiries

Do you repair trailers?

Yes we make repairs to trailers, please drop in so we can provide you with a quotation.

Do you register trailers?

Yes we can register your trailer for you in Queensland.  NSW registration requires a Blue Slip from a mechanic and also a weigh bridge certificate from a refuse station before your new trailer can be registered with the RMS in NSW.

Can I request the type of plug I need for my car to be supplied with my new trailer?

Yes, we will swap over the plug on any of our new trailers to match your requirements at no extra charge.

Payment Options

We accept cash and most debit and credit cards (with the exception of American Express and Diners Club). If you are paying by credit card and your purchase is over $100 we do charge an additional 1.5% surcharge.

We are happy to take credit card payments over the telephone.

Shipping and Deliveries

We can arrange delivery of any of our trailers to your required destination.  Please request a quote.

We can package and deliver trailer parts to your door by TNT on request.

Average delivery days will be 02 days up to a maximum of 07 days.If you still have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact us URGENTLY.

Returns / Refund Policy

We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage /shipping.

We are happy to accept any unwanted stock within 7 days of invoice date as long as the products are in an “as new” condition fit for re-sale.

Any specially ordered axles are not returnable.

Warranty

All our trailers come with a 12 month structural warranty.
