Omega Rustblock COLD GAL is a zinc rich primer designed to prevent corrosion through galvanic protection by forming a superior protective barrier. Recommended as a primer for structural steel tanks, bridges, cranes, wharf and shore installations, equipment in industrial and marine environments. Weldable in thin coats. Dry film heat resistant to 200 degrees.

RED LIGHT – Step 1
All bare metal must be cleaned and restored to condition
YELLOW LIGHT – Step 2
Prime aluminium, lead, copper, stainless steel, brass surfaces with Rustblock ETCH PRIMER and ferrous metal surfaces with Rustblock COLD GAL
GREEN LIGHT – Step 3
Apply the final coat with an anti-corrosive Rustblock topcoat.
