I recently needed some assistance diagnosing and fixing some problems with a relatively new dual axle boat trailer. The crew at Trailer Parts and Repairs Currumbin were so helpful and the level of service was outstanding. They were friendly and professional and I feel they really went above and beyond to assist me get the trailer back on the road. I highly recommend them.

I pulled in to Trailers Parts and Repairs on a Saturday morning in a horse float where the rear axle had shifted across onto an unusual and very unsafe position onto the leaf springs. I was a long way from home but Kim and the team dropped everything to undertake the repairs immediately which took them to well-over their normal midday closing time. Sooo much appreciated. - Bob

These guys saved us today - needed off road trailer coupling receiver asap and didn’t have tools with me (camping with fam and partner had to unexpectedly return home to work). Not only did they have the part my friend and I needed to get our camper home - in stock for a decent price - they fitted it at no additional charge! Will definitely be my first port of call in future for trailer needs. Very grateful indeed.

Excellent job at lifting the height of our caravan by underslinging. Went with the safe option where the leaf springs are still under the axcel. This gave us a lift of aournd 80mm on our Jayco Journey Touring van.We are very happy with the job. Good value and excellent service. Since buying a food trailer 2 and half years ago and not knowing the Gold Coast very well,one of my fellow food trailer guys recommended I go see kim for any spare parts or servicing in general.Let me say that the service there is second to none.The professionalism and courteous service is amazing.It's not just about the sale of a product that counts. It's what happens afterwards, we were at the miami Saturday markets when we realized that the rear lock had become inoperable on the trailer so we couldn't leave the market. I called Kim and within an hour Rod came out to Miami to replace the lock that we purchased a week earlier.Now that's what I call service and integrity. We've been happily using Kim's services and wouldn't go anywhere else.By the way we are living in benowa and I happily drive to Currumbin because I always know I'll get the best advice, price and honesty always!

I was very satisfied with my complete experience buying my trailer. Right from the very first phone call and nutting out what I really needed to honest advice about the comparative quality and cost of similar options, Kim could not have done her job better. I now have a universal, quality hot dipped trailer that can cart motorbikes, ride on mower and the cage it came with would need another A4 page to describe it's usefulness. Well done Kim and Rex.
